About us

Chhay Chhay Investment (CCI) is a major real estate developer, establishing Cambodia's first Special Economic Zone (SEZ) along the northwestern border with Thailand.

Chhay Chhay Investment Co., Ltd. (CCI) was established in 2006 by Sub-Decree No. 57 dated June 06, 2006, with a total area of ​​280 hectares.

The Royal Government of Cambodia has provided various incentives to attract foreign direct investment, especially to large-scale manufacturing enterprises that focus on export, which is considered a driving force for national economic growth and job opportunities that will provide thousands of jobs for people in other areas as well as the local people at the Cambodian-Thai border.

Our Vision

- To develop Poipet O'Neang Special Economic Zone (POSEZ), which would change the border views by developing an area more than 500 hectares into an economic, commercial, and industrial center, by providing more than 100,000 jobs to the Cambodian people.

-Increase national and international stakeholder relations to attract more foreign direct investment (FDI) to Cambodia.
