H.E. Oknha Ung Uy (Wong Man Wai)

H.E Oknha UNG Uy has more than 10 years experience in Cambodian business and real estate development.

He lived in Macau from 1971 to 1993. He received a bachelor's degree in accounting and worked as a successful entrepreneur in Macau, where he was even elected to the Macau Chamber of Commerce in 1990. Ung Uy has invested in a number of business ventures after his return to Cambodia, including the following:

• Construction and administration of Depot Market
• Lumber Factory
• Founder and President of CC&A International Consulting Firm
• Chairman and CEO of Chhay Chhay Investment Co., Ltd. 

In 2004 Ung Uy became an advisor to H.E. Samdach Heng Samrin, Chairman of the National Assembly.

H.E. Pedro Chiang (Lam Wai)

Vice-Chairman of CCI

H.E. Pedro Chiang is a well-known Macau real estate developer who has constructed over 100 structures.

He has lived in Macau since 1971.Pedro Chiang has vast experience in real estate, restaurant, and hotel in the fields of real estate development, restaurant, and hotel management. His investment in Chhay Chhay Investment’s POSEZ  places him in the middle of one of Cambodia's major development projects, and his background will assure the POSEZ's success. Pedro Chiang miraculously found time in his hectic schedule to attend law school, graduating with a four-year degree in 2005.

In 2004 He became an advisor to H.E. Samdach Heng Samrin, Chairman of the National Assembly.

H.E. Tan Yim Chhay

Vice-Chairman of CCI

H.E. Tan Yim Chhay has administrative experience from managing enterprises in France. 

He lived in France from 1973 to 2000. While he was in France, he received a Bachelor of Economical Science and a Doctorate of Political Science. Tan Yim Chhay has the following qualifications:

•  Managing Director of Maison de Paris SA
• Director of Futur SA
• PR Director of Khemarey Development Consulting Ltd.
•  Vice-Chairman of Chhay Chhay Investment Ltd.

In 2005 Tan Yim Chhay became an advisor to H.E. Samdach Heng Samrin, Chairman of the National Assembly.
