CDC Research Study with Hi-Tech Apparel (Cambodia)

Mr. Chuob Thit Therith is an official of the Council for Development in Cambodia(CDC). He is currently studying Ph.D. at Waseda University in Japan.

On the afternoon of April 19, 2022, he and his research team interviewed staff representatives of Hi-Tech Apparel Cambodia Co., Ltd on his graduate research on the topic of the promotion of foreign direct investment, and developments, Cambodia's industrial sector, and economic growth.

Interviews are important inputs in understanding foreign investors' views on the investment climate, understanding of investment opportunities, and experiences in Cambodia.

The findings of this study will be used for the development of practical policies in order to further improve the regulations and the environments of investment in Cambodia to be more competitive, which will provide greater benefits to existing foreign investors, and investors who wish to invest in Cambodia in the future.
